Instructions to authors for the initial submission:

Authors are invited to submit original and previously unpublished research papers that address specific challenges, share novel experiences, or propose innovative solutions relevant to the scope of the conference. Submitted papers must present original work that has not been published or is not currently under review by any other conference or journal.

Papers should be written in English and formatted according to the ACM "SigConf" Proceedings template. Papers must have a length of 5-8 double-column pages.

Authors are encouraged to include a list of ACM Computing Classification System (CCS) descriptors for their article.

Descriptors can be selected and prioritized using the following link: https://dl.acm.org/ccs/ccs.cfm.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be submitted electronically by July 31st, 2025, via the CMT online submission system.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

If you encounter any issues during the submission process, please contact: r.menassel@univ-tebessa.dz

  • Originality of ideas,
  • Validity of inferences and results,
  • Key strengths of the work,

Authors of accepted papers will receive a notification by email on the Notification Date and must complete their registration before the Registration Deadline.
