Registration Information

Registration and Publication Fee Information

There are no registration fees required to attend the conference.

However, authors of accepted papers selected for publication in the ACM International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS) will be required to pay Article Processing Charges (APCs) directly to ACM.

Thanks to ACM’s support, the following subsidized APC rates apply for ICPS papers in 2025:

• Standard APC: $350
• APC for ACM members: $250
• APC for papers with corresponding authors based in lower-middle-income country: $175
• APC for papers with corresponding authors based in lower-middle-income country and with at least one ACM member among the authors: $125
• No APC for papers with corresponding authors based in low-income country
  

APC payments are made directly to ACM during the publication process.
